BuyNGrow offers a money-back guarantee on every order. If we are unable to deliver your order, or if delivery is materially incomplete, you are eligible for a full refund.

Eligibility

• The order has not started within 7 days of purchase.
• Delivery is less than 50% of the purchased quantity.
• The service is unavailable due to a platform-wide change on our side.

Refill guarantee

If you experience drops within 90 days of delivery, refills are automatic — no refund needed.

How to claim

Contact support@buyngrow.com with your order ID and a brief description. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
